Prison System Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Look at the men and women in our prison systems today,
They are put under miserable conditions which are much wicked than the slavery days!
But when will they live productive and joyful lives like others?
They are being locked behind bars and their rights are taken awy from them,
While others commit suicide as a welcomje relief;
And we all know the evil that goes on behind the walls of the prisons.
No one cares,
Because the system itself is very evil!
