So graceful are Ashes' steps
So gentle are the soft movements of her paws.
Her long grey mix well with her pumpkin brown hairs
Her beautiful puffy tail looks like a squirrel's tail.
She is quite adorable
But she prefers not to be folded in one's arms.
Ashes doesn't like to complain.
She walks away when something doesn't go her way.
When she eats, slowly she chews her small bites.
When she doesn't finish her food
She scratches the adjacent space with her paws
As if to hide her food for her later meal.
If she doesn't like a new dish
After few tasting bites, she walks away like never mind.
Every day, she takes her noon nap
With her stretched legs, on a sun room carpet
Where she basks herself in warm golden sun lights.
Ashes loves to sleep on top of a cat tower
And to watch clouds and sky from our bed headboard.
Ashes loves to watch herself in her mirror.
Many times a day, she grooms herself from her head to tail.
Ashes loves to rest on steps of the stairway
To scratch people's legs going up or down steps.
Now she enjoys playing with Noel as her new friend.
They are happy together from sunrise to sunset.
Ashes is famed 'Princess' of our house.
She no longer needs to stay by the window
To wait for the 'charming prince' to come.

CÔNG CHÚA ASHES- Poem by NHIEN NGUYEN MD

Ashes yểu điệu lắm thay
Bước đi uyển chuyển nhẹ nhàng tấm thân.
Lông dài mầu xám pha nâu
Đuôi càng đẹp nữa, lông dài phất phơ.
Tính tình thì khá dễ thương
Nhưng không có thích người bồng trên tay.
Ashes không có càu nhàu
Nếu mà không thích, quay đầu lảng xa.
Khi ăn, thong thả nhẹ nhàng
Đồ ăn không hết, cào chân để dành.
Nếu mà không thích đồ ăn
Nếm vài ba miếng, vội vàng tránh xa.
Mỗi ngày một giấc ngủ trưa
Nằm phơi phòng kiếng, nắng vàng ấm thân.
Ashes thích ngủ chòi cao
Thích nằm giường kệ, ngắm mây ngắm trời.
Ashes cũng thích soi gương
Ngày ngày trang điểm từ chân tới đầu.
Ashes nằm nghỉ cầu thang
Chờ người lên xuống đưa chân khều khều
Bây giờ có bạn Noel
Hai con vui vẻ sáng chiều có nhau.
Ashes 'Công Chúa' nhà này
Không ngồi cửa sổ chờ 'chàng bốn phương'.
