Always so confident, always so insistent
always so radiant, always so competent;
where would we find a man so prudent and proficient
than our very own Prime Minister
who is always so appealing, always so wondrous
always so concerned, always so encouraging
though age and criticism, hurdles and challenges
stand in his way yet it never deters or suppresses
his enthusiasm, his focus and his determination;
whether it is at the Himalayan mountains
he is sharing a few moments with our soldiers
or whether it is in the temples he is praying,
worship unto worship he dedicates
duty unto duty he devotes,
as he venerates God and humanity, virtuously.

Nation first he tells his own heart and his comrades;
as mankind and his countrymen he vividly embraces
declaring to the world that our India is marvelous:
united in brotherhood though living by different faiths
united in grace though confronted by paucity
united in development though leisurely in progress
united in courage though challenged by enemies
united in a mother's love though separated in ranks;
that is the worthiness of a Prime Minister
who from humble beginnings climbed those steps of destiny
to be the leader of our country.

And as the beating heart in him resonates,
his perseverance and loyalty to our nation
echoes in every word he speaks every time,
every where he goes mesmerizing listeners,
glorifying our India, exalting our nation
whether it is in America he is delivering a speech
or whether at the Red Fort he is honoring our nation
on the Republic Day,
whether it is on the Radio
he is conveying his Mann ki Baat,
or whether at the United Nations
he is addressing the General Assembly.

As a man of great foresight,
as a man of true principles,
he makes a tremendous impact
on all the ears that hear him;
where would we find such adherence and endurance
except in our own Prime Minister
that every Indian and every woman would want
to thank the kind mother who gave birth to such a son
who makes our whole nation look so gallant
in the eyes of the world and makes us feel so proud.
