as you kept dancing and perplexing millions.
Your songs will keep our hearts in your aura
your voice will resonate in our ears timelessly;
when from afar the music will play with intensity
along with your songs we will chant all those lyrics.
What could your lips not do with those whispers
what could your fingers not do as you kept strumming
those melodies so vibrantly, so magically?
you united the hearts of so many young lovers
you kindled the romance between them
by those illusions of passion.
Be glad for your yesterdays of life and fame,
dreams of beggars remain as dreams
but you have sailed over all those oceans
of music, song, dance and love.
