Pretty Lies Poem by charlotte harris

Pretty Lies

They always say lying is wrong,
But they do all the time,
What hypocrites.
But they do it for the right reasons.
To protect.
Not to hurt.
They always say she's a mean girl,
But they are just as mean sometimes.
What hypocrites.
But they do it to defend themselves.
To look strong.
Not just to talk.
They always say that he's a weirdo.
But they like weirdos too.
What hypocrites.
But they like them and go out with them.
They kiss.
Not just dream.
