Present In Their Lives.
Happy people are
present in their lives.
They know how
important it is
to slow down
and really be there.
It is so easy to
feel rushed in
your day to
day life.
Always thinking
about the past
or wondering
about the future.
But this can cause
you to miss what
is right in front of you.
Living in the moment
is a huge factor
in your level of happiness.
