Prayers with sincerity
May certainly be liked by almighty
It is not question of asking
It is question of unmasking

You do all evils
And then ask for good will
That too to an almighty
Who knows the reality?

Neither may we ask parents
Nor to the friends
But they know our weaknesses
So they can read it on our face

It is good to feel close
And trust to repose
The effect of prayer may be strong
But only when you are true and positive

Prayers give only peace
If you have disturbed it with no release
Love the way you want to live
But live honestly and believe

Trouble no innocent people
Snatch never from them who always struggle
This is where we go always wrong
As prayers are not sold just for song

Believe it or not
Good ways are always fought
With good intent and honesty
Prayers may then surely be heard by almighty

What purpose would telling a river or an open field that you need a little help have? This is something most individuals do not correlate with prayer.
There truly is nothing wrong with asking God for help, and when you feel God closer is usually the best time to ask. After all, do we ask our parents or friends for help more often when they are far away, or when they are closer? The closer we feel to God, the more likely that we feel that the effects of the prayer are positive, and since prayer is almost just as much about ourselves as it is about God, how we enter prayer and how we feel about our prayers goes a long way towards determining the effectiveness of our prayers.
