Babe, don’t you see that I love you?
I’m gone, head over heels for you.
Are you blind? Why can’t you see
That all I want is for you to want me.
You’ve showed me love
Through your brightening smile,
And when you held me in your arms,
It felt like heaven for a while.
Through your soft touch
And your sweet kisses
And when our eyes met,
A heartbeat misses.
We’ve gone pretty far.
You’ve made love to me.
But is that all you wanted?
Are you ready to leave?
Was that the plan all along?
To just bang what you’ve found?
And just leave me here alone,
Lying helpless on the ground?
Cuz I’ve fallen for you.
And I can’t get up.
I’m starting to hate you
For the way you set me up.
I can see that’s what you wanted.
Just to have a little fun.
Once again, I’m brokenhearted.
Guess we’re finished, cuz I’m done.
