Pits - Have - No - Easy - Exit. Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Pits - Have - No - Easy - Exit.

(Joseph - In - The - Old - Testament)

Joseph's journey
started in a pit,
despised and sold
by his own brothers.

He was a man
who learned that
pits have no easy exit.

But, with God,
we can get through them.

God gets us through.

He remains with us
in the depth of the pit
into which we have fallen.

(Holy bible, Book of Genesis 37: 1-11)They saw their chance when they were feeding the flocks, the brothers saw Joseph from afar and plotted to kill him. They turned on him and stripped him of the coat his father made for him, and threw him into a pit.... Judah, the strongest, thought twice about killing Joseph and proposed that he be sold.
