Petrified Feet (The Lighter Side Of Stuck In A Rut) Poem by JoAnn McGrath

Petrified Feet (The Lighter Side Of Stuck In A Rut)

Rating: 5.0

No......My feet aren't scared,
they're just kinetically impaired.
But it's only my feet you see.
My legs haven't petrified to trees.

So I'll just drag them along.
The extra weight will make my legs strong.
And when they find a remedy for my condition.
New feet will be my addition.
Although, if my feet have taken a root-hold.
I could always sell them for furnace coal.
