Perverted Vision

I am going to write
A masterpiece today
Which would stay for good
In the minds of people

Kamran!
You again are deluded
My child
Why you always want others
To see this world
With your perverted vision
Why can’t you accept
The truth
That -
You are just a lesser mortal
A weak orator
And a mere individual

poet Alfred Lord Tennyson

It little profits that an idle king,
By this still hearth, among these barren crags,
Match'd with an aged wife, I mete and dole
Unequal laws unto a savage race,
