As we speed on to the freeway of life
My heart is heavy from the impending awareness of separation
And from my pain I have uttered what I thought was a moot point
That: what I feel for you is UNIQUE
That: my body responds to yours like it has a mind of its own
That: I crave for your presence even if you are just across the room
Like you are the air, you are water
That without you I AM NOTHING.
But then you said to me:
'What I feel for you is more than physical - it is MOLECULAR'.
'My body comes alive when I'm with you'
' My body smiles, my body tingles and trembles'
And your eyes.....I have never seen you like this before
Your cup is full, as is mine.
Whether we know it or not: IT IS FOREVER.
And forever may only be today, tomorrow and the next
Time is irrelevant
All I know is that we are part of each other's lives and more:
I feel you inside of me in my waking hours, in my slumber, in my dreams
and IN MY SOUL.
