Painful Topics Deleted Socially Avoided
painful topics are often socially avoided
but at what cost to society an individual?
break up is a painful normal part of reality
painful heartful unbearable pain like death
is tragically a normal part of social reality
taboo swept under the carpet at what cost?
what cost does break up demand as due?
break up short and long term effects
depends upon the intensity of emotion
techniques which address resolve pain
can be repetition of healing mantras
love heals confidence heals pain anxiety
trauma left ignored does not heal well
Written in November & December 2020 on the 28.11&1.12.2020.
Inspired by a comment I made on my poem 'Devastating Break Up Heartbreak Blues', by the poet Terence George Craddock.
Dedicated to the beautiful people, the healers, who are kind compassionate and heal the lost and the broken hearted.

Heart cannot be broken; it's the solid form of flexibility Oh! But the pain pain of separation from love can hurt this much this pain is very torturous; sometimes the wounded heart avoids all pain outside to survive as usual
