I try to survive the day
Trying to keep my mind preoccupied

Not letting my thoughts go astray
If I do
I will have to pay

Because pain hides in every corner
Stings at every little beginning

It is always present
No matter how hard I try to push it away
Somehow it always manages to stay

Not matter how hard I fight it
It almost always wins

It is an on going battle
One I can never loose

Pain hides in every corner
If it does win…..

I will break
I will fall to pieces
It will make my world shake
