My senses are tense Fist is tight
Mouth is shut My lips I bite
I think but I ca’t To cry Is what I want
Pain is unbearable difficult to breathe
I tense in mind Blank and at knees
Burst of emotion Deluge of thought
I bear it all as fear I brought
At last I broke Like Sleeping to awoke
My nerves are easy Clear my thought
To cry is easy Than bravery of thought
To hide my pain is not my brave
To concede my emotion is what I have.
