Out To Lunch Poem by Renee Marechal McKenna

Out To Lunch

Rating: 2.8

Four old broads out to lunch
All those goodies a happy bunch
Clippings of diets home in a drawer
All the better to order more
They pull from the table one by one
Maybe a cookie before day is done
Evening descends as they slip into bed
The promise for tomorrow salad instead
