Our Older Sister Lynn Has Flown Over The Rainbow Bridge. Poem by Roxanne Dubarry

Our Older Sister Lynn Has Flown Over The Rainbow Bridge.

Oh! On August 17,2020, exactly eight days before her 68th birthday.
Our older sister Lynn Ellen Dubarry, has flown over her rainbow bridge of life. And now she is resting safely and securely. Within the loving and tender arms of our beloved Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Oh! For many long years I have pleaded with our mercurial Lord and redeemer to either cure my sister Lynn or take her home to be with him.Our sister rightfully compared herself to the first part of the book of Job when he had all those problems. And I did agree with her, but I did not want her to know it. But she knew I knew all about it anyway.

She ded of an aggressive form of Leukemia! Swedish Hospital tried a treatment, but there was no improvement. Therefore I instructed them to discontinue the treatments and end her suffering. And to do what
Providence hospital of Everett did for our mother, "just make sure she is comfortable."

Hospice was working in conjunction with their plan. Lynn did not die at the hospital, like our mother, she died at her adult family home in Shoreline Washington. Surrounded by hospice and her adult family home.

Her ashes will be laid to rest at Prudy and Walters Floral Hills in Lynnwood, Washington. The same place where our mother's ashes are and where Lynn's and mine will be.

Love in Christ Jesus!
