I embrace you new year,
On a positive note,
I'm longing for changes,
I won't give up hope,
There are things I would change,
If I just had the power.
An end to all wars,
Peace on this earth,
All living a life,
Of harmony from birth,
A bright blue horizon,
For all living souls,
To get on with their lives,
Without fear taking hold.
Maybe one day,
In our distant tomorrow's,
Life will be peaceful,
Free from all sorrow.
