One More Message Poem by MrE dad

another day passes by, another thought left to see
if eternal attempts at love are ever meant for me
i try the good try, and I pray yet again
but God has convinced me that only 'til when
i do what i must, and live life by day
and worry not of what message He may choose to say

'cause worry I do as He knows all too well
and time and again His unspoken words do tell
when you are not looking and when most unexpected
the love that you seek will appear before, instead
of searching and trying and asking about
many moons have now passed, and still figuring it out

but look once again as i mind my own way
though thoughts that deceive me I hear they do say
send one more message, your hopes under whose
chances at love and happiness you shant lose
so message i send, through miles of some space
in hope that perchance we'll meet face to face
i promise that voice that this chance shant go by
and i'll forward that message, and send one more 'hi.'
