One Day I'Ll Say Goodbye Poem by Jackie Cevering

One day i'll say good bye to those i've always known
the ones that were close and loved will never be alone.

I'll be there with them not only in heart but soul
and i'll give them the strength of living
and help them reach their goal.

For I am not leaving lonely I am taking memories
of love along
and i'll laugh over the right times of life
and forgive those that were wrong.

And i'll never forget those who I loved but I will
have finally found the key
to the place everyone thinks of and i'll take
their love with me.

For I have not left this life I have reached to see
but I will go on learning and showing
who i've chose to be.

But I ask of a last request from those i've
looked apon
please don't forget me even though I am gone.
