One 100% Poem by ROOP REKHA BHASKAR

One 100%

Rating: 4.5

If the hypothesis of a cent per cent, on exam Test papers,
Is equaled to the best jobs on the planet;
Then the theory of a poorer cent will see you clearing tables?
This concept has stumped the most baffled!
Cause prodigies have risen against this common perception.
And Billionaires were born out of none or little education!

Shirked school at sixteen, son of a no gooder con artist,
Rockefeller had neither marks nor merit;
But pretty soon amassed, billions to his credit.
The Lincolns and Fords, was kicked up by a farmer boy;
Henry had no education, but apprenticed machinist chores.
He automated the Ford line flag and
Detroit received the Motor city tag

Booting the eye for an Apple, the domain went virtual crazy
Steve configured the data, after a six month stint in college!
Rumanujan’s math theorems though true to be applied,
Were impossible to break for intellects.
He was a school fall out - An impoverished teenager genius;
But a self-taught mastermind, with fabulous equations!

Was the figure 1 more worthy than a 100?
Would the twin zeros be more creditable?
Put passion and brains, Trust in your zest,
And you can shame the paper degrees;
As every other person,
Would amount to a billionaire.

Good job here Roop..your Master Piece is an eye opener to the world. As the saying goes don't judge the book by its cover don't under estimate a worm he can dig your body.. Not all educated are well manners.. And not all uneducated are il manners..

Put passion and brains, Trust in your zest, And you can shame the paper degrees; It is amazing that after reading the whole poem I got the significance and fortunately Valsa George has also selected the same line because it speaks the truth. To be a master mind is different. Einstein was plucked in polytechnic test but he became scientist of the era. Devotion in any field makes a person perfect. Lata Mangeskar was denied by Shashadhar Mukherjee for her thin voice but now she is unparallel. A good job and great message to the world. Thanks for sharing. Regards.10 +

Put passion and brains, Trust in your zest, And you can shame the paper degrees; Roop a, you have validated your argument with living and shining examples from history! Yes, academic excellence or university degrees have nothing to do with a man's real achievements! Often, with hard work and perseverance, man ascends the top rung of the success ladder! This is an inspiring write to many especially to those students who are steeped in depression on account of their poor performance in the exams! Great write!

The baffling truth of 100 percent is truely true. Zero has value provided something is prefixed to it. Zero has no value, when it get prefixed to something. viz: zero brain, zero mind, zero brilliant. Similarly' Degrees' have valueless, as degree is denoted with the sign 'o'......say in measuring temperature
