Once Upon A Dream Poem by tapira ashburton

Once Upon A Dream

Once apon a drem (not time)
Lived a scheme
That wiggled like jelly blow

It sat on my desk
and started to pest
about ice-cream and lollys and things.
I sat on the chair and bear in mind it was tough
because all I could do was stay in my shoe and when I came out I bluffed.

My mother came in
with an orange and a pin
And you know what that scheme did!
He took out the pin and poked my chin and ate the orange whole

I just suppose that Once Upon a Dream never did happen
Because suddenly I woke up.
