On The Pulse Of Julius Caesar's Moon Poem by Rex-mayor Ubini

On The Pulse Of Julius Caesar's Moon

I bless the spirit
The wind whose back we sit
Travelling through this planet
Where now dwell
A cloud of darkness
Banished from the sky

This season on our journey
We had passed by janus, mars
Aphrodite, maia and juno
The gates of life were not shut against us
Nor were we consumed by fires
Spat from the maws of war
Neither our beauty turned to ashes
Nor our wedlock was lured to
separation

Here we see a smiling moon
Whose face is clothed with beauty
And I wonder why she smiles
I can her voice speaks with such tranquillity
This day was Julius Caesar's day
But at the pulse of this morning
The Creator commanded a change
That it should be your day
Because you are wonderfully made

I will sing a song for you
That speaks of love and peace
That speaks of favour and blessings
And all these things shall be yours
Through out this season
And the seasons to come.
