Old Crow And Paradise. Poem by Sir Knight of words

Old Crow And Paradise.

Rating: 5.0

Come, come sweet bird of paradise
thou playest with mine heart
though this old crow delighted so
believeth it black art
for what sweet maid in saviours grace
would seek old valient so
sweet graceful bird of paradise
what see'est in old crow

Twas once when I was mighty hawk
and through the air would soar
pretty birds would gaze at me
as something to adore
with bravest heart I playeth part
and have the scars to show
but now sweet bird of paradise
I'm simply and old crow

'Old crow' said bird of paradise
'pray listen to me please
for I was but a little wren
untill I was released
and now my feathers beautiful
and you no longer soar
tis beauty that you hold within
and that which I adore'.

Perfectly stunning work..... It is not the outside but the inner..
