Oh The Clouds Poem by Franklin Spriggs

Oh The Clouds

Oh the clouds so pretty tonight,
As they stroll across the sky,
They move along in heavenly song,
As they gently pass me by.

They serenade the earth below,
A melody all their own,
They thrill my heart, they sooth my soul,
As they play their lovely tone.

The clouds resonate a voice of love,
If we'll just take the time to hear,
They'll even tell us the season change,
When it comes that time of year.

The clouds are more than vapor above,
As they quietly move along,
They gather together like musical notes,
To sing their heavenly song.

So if a little sad,
And if a little blue,
Just watch the clouds up in the sky,
For they will sing a song to you.
