Officiate

The lobster-boiling chef
at his event did officiate.
Outside pickets described
his torturing the fish he ate.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Note: Perhaps the sponsors of lobster serving cancer research fundraisers are not aware of the many studies linking lobster and other fish flesh to stomach and other cancers not only from their intrinsic amino acids but from sea radiation, concentrations of mercury, lead, , the waste of other animals (lobsters are coprophagous) .
