My love,

I welcome this year with a smile
With you in my heart, what a delight!
12 blank chapters worthwhile
Only with you I want to write

Our love older than the sea
Is genuine, true and tender
It started long before written history
Yes my soul still remembers

Our love that beats from the core
Will never change through the years
Your love that touched my soul
Is utterly pure, divine and sincere

Yes of your love, my precious dear
My heart wants to write and write
This year and in a thousand years
The flame of our love will still ignite
