Of Gods & Kings

In my heart I feel the presence of Gods and Kings,
Great Gods and Kings that have been and gone,
Great Gods and Kings that are here and present,
Great Gods and Kings that are yet to be,
In my heart I still believe such things must be,
All of humanity through the ages has needed Gods and Kings,
Have we not always sought guidance from Gods and Kings,
Do we not look to Gods and Kings for morality,
Does my heart not feel the same as all humanity,
Don't we all look to Gods and Kings hoping for a better future,
Don't we all still need to have faith in Gods and Kings,
Don't we all see a little bit of ourselves in Gods and Kings?
