Ode To Iron Road, Unseen Conversation Poem by Sambanath Denis

Ode To Iron Road, Unseen Conversation

You take me to the middle of the tracks,
I thought of kissing you, we could not kiss.
In the dawn of this dream, we are not meant.
I saw you the other day, with a girl
But you say you set her right: you love me.
We are each others secret that wishes.
I tell you that you should not have done that.
You place your hand to your heart, but I love
You. In this world our love cannot change it.
It is easy for you to say you don't care.
I wish I could be like you, say I don't
Care; I leave you there, as I walked passed
The iron. I miss you already, James.
