On earth, I wish to do my part;
In life, I wish to do no wrong;
This is the yearning of my heart;
This is my plea and prayer song.
Your ways are always truly just;
Your judgment is the fairest one;
The human race, in You can trust;
The war against evils, you've won.
Creation was your sole delight -
O Master of the universe!
You are the truth and way and light;
Our sinfulness and crimes are worse.
Then guide us Lord to do thy will;
From righteous road, we must not swerve;
We need your grace when soul is ill;
Just you O God, we wish to serve.
