Now You'Re Gone. Poem by chris chapman

Now You'Re Gone.

when he looks into your eyes,
he sits there and cries,
tears of joy,
that will never destroy,
his feelings aren't through,
he still cares loads for you,
he's not under any trance,
while he's asking for another chance,
he is asking you for your heart,
you owned his since the start.

you may have moved on,
but in his mind you haven't gone,
he has been happy since you came,
his hand bears your name,
in the form of a scar,
he was hoping you would go far.

but it didn't really end,
because you are still here,
as his bestfriend.
