No words can speak

Silence echoes
Lingering, loitering
Faded and obscured...

And I can't fathom any sound
That has not circuled
Through the cycles of decay
Of muteness
Blackness
Falseness
Darkness
Silence...

No words
No words can see

Whispers echoed
Faded and obscured
In the silent, passing night
While it shivers in affright
Faded and obscured
No words can hear us
As we scream
in the terrors of the night...
