No Superstitious Me Poem by Vallerie Lobell

No Superstitious Me

don't read my horoscopes anymore,
don't care what Fate has in store,
walked under a ladder yesterday,
turned thirteen on the thriteenth day,
open umbrellas in the house all the time,
full moons don't make me lose my mind,
stepped on a crack,
didn't break Mama's back,
don't wish upon any shooting star,
don't worry bout black cats in front of my car,
with my driving they better worry bout me,
of the God of Luck I am worry free,
just wish that lightening hadn't struck me.....again! ! ! ! !
