Redemption
Haunt the memory
Of your eyes.
Cornered and
Searching
For a way out
The maze of Yesterdays
Long gone
And summers spent
Hiding
The fear.
And you wonder
If Time
Will let you pass
His lingering touch
Or if ever
Spring
Would show itself
From hidden
Worlds.
