Newtons 1st Law Of Emotion Poem by Vincent Bayer

Newtons 1st Law Of Emotion

Rating: 3.5

Galaxies ignite
With the fire of a thousand suns
When you walk into the room.
magnetic fields of flux
Bend the light of love
Around your celestial body.
Lonely comets cross eternity
planets forsake their stars
Drawn by the gravity
Of your desire.
Now they
Like me
Are caught in the orbit of you...

You are strewn across the night sky
Like the milkyway in repose.
Your laughter sparkling
Like a thousand constellations.
Falling stars descend to you
To feel your supernova
While the unfaithful moon
abandons the earth
To linger by your side.
Carried by your solar wind
I spiral ever inward
Caught in the orbit of you...
