Nails And Hammers Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Nails And Hammers

Nails And Hammers,
Tails and works;
Snails,
Snakes in the bush!
Makers of civilization,
Makers of wars;
Already around us.

Rails,
Raids! ! !
Trails,
Trials,
Sails,
Pails and pales!
Movements,
Seeing the works of mankind on earth today.

Freedom! !
Seeking for peace all along,
But wickedness takes over!
Only for war;
Destroying the mirror of peace.

The truth lays bare! ! But, nobody wants it!
Because of the hearts of the wicked people living among us;
But, i will always write!
With the joy of my heart,
Because of the truth.

Freedom! ! !
Like a bee flying around a tree;
Bail, fail, wail!
Hail;
Ways of our lives on earth,
Able to free my mind with the muse of the truth.

Zip, tip, trip, hip, lip, clip!
Ship;
Days of our lives on earth,
Always learning along the line,
As human beings.
