MY WORDS.....
I walk in dancing feet in a sunlit street
I spin the winding thoughts into my sight,
Groom feelings climbing up to endless sky
Pattern of words like beams brim soft eyes,
Wink from breeze of spring as gift of soul
Glitter like glass in the brightness of heart,
A flower holds my image fall out to bear
The evening is dreary to call me to tears,
Cajoled by a void I am in a web of words
The summer and the winter in my mind
Rise and fall swinging me to smile at life,
Never caged in emotion in a dome dark
Never puzzled in reasons short to live,
I talk to leaves too long they sway for me
When they fall I break and bowed to time,
I shrink to sun-beams as dew in the morn
Smile back again on grass on moonlit path,
I breathe away words worrying in my soul
Born from birthday songs and funeral fire.
