That you may lead me to the place
Where my heart longs for realization
Where my soul desires attainment
Even as my mind flinches and recoils
And my brain begs for verification

That you may guide me through
And along life’s daily awakening
To persevere thro this refinement,
And all the dross thus removed
To attain my hearts deepest desires

My mind may abhor the direction
And wisdom may beg another look
But I will yield to your beckoning
And submit to your guiding hand
To lead me to the intimate desires
And the greatest passion of my heart
