My Own Worth. Poem by amina kamran

My Own Worth.

Black sky
Silver stars
My mind calculates
The beauty afar
Who knows
Who cares
What is in the stock?
Stock of the future, that awaits us all
I wonder and wonder
What is my worth?
In this gleaming glittering beautiful world
Its defiantly less then a few pence because...
My beloved one does not response
The stars are of worth
The blackness hides something at mass
The moon is giving light
But where I stand
I can not define....
