I don't care about romancing a star even if it were the rarest
Or painting the heavens with cosmic energy just to impress some unique bird with angelic wings
Sure my eyes are amazed at your glowing charm
But would you love one such as I
An outcast never really fitting in

I mean if we were both blind we could see the real kindness
So each time a I see a pearl with a dragon's mouth I only think who water that flower with vinegar
Who needs a headache or to keep hitting oneself in the head just top own such a fantastic picture of the sky
Real love is 2 people working together and sharing each others burdens
I mean what are you really going to put in the marriage other than a charming face which time will turn into scars and wrinkles

In the olden days a woman had to show that they wasn't just pretty but they could cook and sew
Likewise men had to prove that they had a reasonable job to be able to provide for the lady he was choosing
But now a days it seems people are just trying capture each other with their beauty
But what will they do when their beauty is gone
No one will want to go to a concert of a piano player who lost his hands and feet unless he can play with his teeth

Love will die if it's not built on doing things for each other
It's not give me give me
It's me give you give
So if I ever do find that certain someone with the concern to look out for me and my needs
For that person I will climb the highest mountain if I have to just to reach them
