My Old House Poem by Simeon Jacob

My Old House

His name is Rueben.
The homeless cowboy,
That loved behind the safari, the jungle cats roamed there
And got tipped as they slid down
The minds down heavy feathered peacocks.
Goons hide in the brush, beat down Rueben, his feather
Hat has fallen, and he wanted was to eat his peanut butter jelly in peace.
