My Love’s Love Poem by Walterrean Salley

My Love’s Love

Rating: 5.0

Your love is like the month of May,
With all the colors bright and fair.
And everything that I could need,
My longing heart does find it there.
Your love is like a summer day
In the fairest month of June,
With gardens fully in display.
Birds serenade in every tune.
Such love is so incredible—
And unique in every way.
With memories indelible,
Like footprints in the sand lay.

Your love, my Lord, shall ever be
Thus, and so much more to me.
