My Little Self Poem by Aron Lelei

My Little Self

Am just a little growing girl
Fighting each day of my growth
Looking forward to accomplish my little dreams
And finally make a living out of my hands
While doing all these with care
I pray to God to touch my little self
Take me by His hand and guide me
And finally enable me cross over smoothly

My innocent little life may be a shadow
A cloud of my tomorrow’s future
And a stepping stone for others to step on
And as such, I take each step cautiously
Fearing the slippery life ahead of me
But follow my predecessor’s righteous steps
And hope to accomplish my life’s aims peacefully
And finally enable my little self cross over smoothly

My little hands are not so powerful
But they can decorate my small house
My little legs are not so strong
But they can kneel to God in prayer
My little heart is not a huge store
But God lives and dwells in it at peace
My little self may be so small
Yet it can enable me to pray for you

My years may be few as few is
But they can help lowly souls to rise
The all that I posses are few
Yet they are much to others
Because my little self is all I have.
(Happy Birthday)
