My Letter
I wrote a letter trying to feel better,
To my father's elder brother.
I crushed it up and wrote yet another,
It was an apologetic one
And it made me feel terribly sorry.
Nothing really went too wrong,
And there wasn't much to worry.
Yet, yet and yet,
I felt very guilty
Perhaps I had been
Just a little bit too naughty.
I had nothing much to say,
Though the letter made me feel much better.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
