My Hostel Life Poem by shruti singh

My Hostel Life

Rating: 5.0

The most irritating morning bell
Just thinking of jumping in any well
The annoying morning fitness
Always use the best excuse of sickness
To get the washroom running like dogs and cats
Getting ready in time
Is as difficult as science and maths
Going to school is always fun
Not for studying but to
Talk, walk, fight and run
After all boring classes we get sports
We come back to class with removed ties and coats
At last the departure bell rings
Oh! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! What a relief it brings
Back to the hostel with gossips of the day
Wow! Again sports it’s time to play
Getting thrown out of the prep is wonderful
Lecture of warden after complain
Is forever painful
Ahh! This night study again
Heavy eyes and tired brain
The best words of the day by warden:
“Pack up and lights out”
Going to bed is like going to heaven
Those student teacher arguments with no end
Those silly fights with friend
All the non sense I do and did already
I would never forget it
I would miss it forever.
