My Form Of The Bible Poem by Kristen Palmitier

My Form Of The Bible

If you do what is right 90% of the time you are about perfect...
If you do what is right 50% of the time you are Human.
Every human makes mistakes, little ones they can take care of in one day, big ones that will haunt them for each day they try to fix it.
IT JUST DEPENDS ON EVERY THING...
I mean what can you tell from a big mistake or a little mistake? ? I define a real human by making mistakes but never repeating any one of them.
They say fixing the problem at hand is much harder then the problem its self, but if that is true then how can we ever learn, laugh, grow, enjoy LIfe? ? ?

I like the distinction between being perfect and being human. Unfortunately, our life patterns often reveal that we do repeat our mistakes. In fact, some have said that a good definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting a different outcome. History does repeat itself. I only hope that we learn sometime in life to be better each day. Great poem! Keep on wriitng!
