My Favorite Time Of The Week Poem by Russell Michael Skidmore

My Favorite Time Of The Week

Early Saturday morning it's time to rise and shine. Head out the door to do what I do almost all the time. It's crisp the sun still dim garage sales on every block. I don't know what time it is because Saturday I need no clock. It's my favorite time of the week one off and one to go what I might do today I really don't even know, last week I had my angels this week we add a charm yes it's my favorite time of the week my whole family on my arm. We do the simple things and it keeps us satisfied if it gets too boring the go-karts we'll go ride, no need to worry about dinner because I put it in the crock I still don't know what time it is because Saturday I need no clock we settled down and watch some tube if we're lucky we have a dime we rent a good one from the rental store and now we're feeling Prime so it's my favorite time of the week one off and one to go what I might do tomorrow I really don't even know
