My Desguise Poem by christopher flynn

My Desguise

Rating: 5.0

The Friday before the end of time
With everything I've left behind
Tomorrow will I live or die
With nothing more I wonder why

To live again and love some more
The truth is hard
Then it's gone
The tragedy is one that lasts
As I look beyond my aging mask

I am here and I am now
To live beyond hope and doubt
The tragedy is in the strength
And the power to use it again and again

I will learn to be small
I will learn to capture all
I will be tomorrows prize
And learn to live with my disguise

A poem inspiring many directionless souls in a way that it has conceptualized the whole idealogy of disguising yourself from the evils of the society and stay in the main stream with positive attitude. The poem also conveys a very firm message that if one is in a situation he or she can't change then it is better to get use to it and try finding new ways living inside it rather go against it and finding short cuts......10/10
