My Chosen Path Part 1 (Mar 14th,2003)

PART 1-
I walk down my chosen path
And see others follow
Paths their own, some sit and wallow.
I walk down my ever chosen
Path
Take my memories with me.
Cold darkened thoughts to call my
Own
My path remains through
All time. Of what is to be
My chosen path.
My soul is forever bound
And my mind
Thinks of the pain that I find
I have gone through, and of all
The things I've done.
The past is over, yet is still here,
Crashing by in woken, sober
Waves.
Not a single made up thing about me,
Only honestly and truth.
And I became aware in my youth,
Of memories. What we held dear,
Wars because of untold truth.
They followed and wallowed
Desperate to be truly free.
And I show
The memories in me live on,
And some of us unknowingly were used
as a pawn.
And the endless spilling of blood
In the many wars fought
Comes down my chosen path.
The flowing like a flood.
I now know each mem'ry's me
Every single one a different life, each
With something to teach,
Teaching a lesson of how I must be
So strong, to the cause my conviction stay-
ing,
But what of the others,
Do they remember the spilling
Blood of sisters and brothers,
So much killing
How many others share memories with
Me!
Actually like to see how many know
The truth, really.
