My Chest Is Heavy
My chest is heavy,
I think from anxiety or a panic attack
Really don’t like either of those words
- I like less the pressure on my chest
Something heavy sits there,
as it sits on my thoughts - which I like even less
I think if I lift my thoughts, my chest will be lighter
But what do I know…
And besides…who can lift that much weight?
Thoughts can weigh a ton. Lifting the negative ones can lighten your mood and your chest. Thanks for sharing, Shaun
